Returns & Refunds

Normally, our Supplier does not accept returns because the international shipping is high and takes at least 3 months to return to the warehouse in China, and the other warehouses (USA, Indonesia, Germany, Thailand) do not accept returns.

Out of many reasons, if the Customer needs to return a package to our Supplier, they will not know who returned it and what is inside. In order to solve this issue, (1) the Customer must contact Us (2) submit a return form (3) and return the package to the warehouse. Once the package has been received, the Customer will receive a refund within 48 hours.

Unacceptable returns:

  • Swimwear
  • The buyer does not like it.
  • The description is not real.
  • Items smell unusual.
  • The buyer ordered the wrong items/color or SKU.
  • The shipping address provided incorrectly.

All products are checked before shipping them out:

  • Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size or parts missing
  • Orders arrived damaged.

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item:

  • Photos of the item must be emailed to prove imperfections. 
  • Photos of the damaged item must be emailed to prove damage.

Items will be reviewed by our Supplier:

  • Parts missing / replacement will be sent to the Customer. 
  • Order arrived damaged but the Customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent, a full refund will be issued.
About the smell
The shoes that have just been shipped will have some glue smell, irrespective of the quality, and the smell of the glue will be dissipated when placed in ventilation. 
Returns & Refunds are verified and confirmed by our Supplier. 
Note: Our Supplier does not exchange size, Customer must place an order.
