Returns & Refunds
Normally, our Supplier does not accept returns because the international shipping is high and takes at least 3 months to return to the warehouse in China, and the other warehouses (USA, Indonesia, Germany, Thailand) do not accept returns.
Out of many reasons, if the Customer needs to return a package to our Supplier, they will not know who returned it and what is inside. In order to solve this issue, (1) the Customer must contact Us (2) submit a return form (3) and return the package to the warehouse. Once the package has been received, the Customer will receive a refund within 48 hours.
- The buyer does not like it.
- The description is not real.
- Items smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items/color or SKU.
- The shipping address provided incorrectly.
All products are checked before shipping them out:
- Imperfections such as bad sewing, incorrect size or parts missing
- Orders arrived damaged.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item:
- Photos of the item must be emailed to prove imperfections.
- Photos of the damaged item must be emailed to prove damage.
Items will be reviewed by our Supplier:
- Parts missing / replacement will be sent to the Customer.
- Order arrived damaged but the Customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent, a full refund will be issued.
